The Sutherland Shire Business Chamber is proud to launch the inaugural Southern Sydney Business Awards. This merit based awards program aligns with the Business NSW regional and state award categories – so our winners will automatically proceed to the regional level – receiving even greater exposure. The awards are open for businesses which are current members of the Sutherland Shire Business Chamber or the Cronulla Chamber of Commerce. There is no additional cost to enter.
Below are the 10 categories:
- Excellence in Micro Business – Business with fewer than 5 employees
- Excellence in Small Business – Business with 5 to 20 employees
- Excellence in Large Business – Business with 21 or more employees
- Outstanding New Business – Startup business which demonstrates potential for future success
- Excellence in International Business – Business which successfully operated in overseas markets
- Excellence in Innovation – Business which has implemented innovative solutions
- Excellence in Sustainability – Business which has demonstrated its commitment to sustainable business practices
- Outstanding Community Organisation – Organisation which works to improve the social, cultural, or environmental wellbeing of the community
- Outstanding Visitor Experience – Business which promote the region while offering an exceptional visitor experience
- Business of the Year – This award recognises a business which demonstrates achievements and excellence over and above all other entrants
