Professor Tim Boyle

Dr Tim Boyle is a CEO, innovation leader, and global expert in research commercialisation. With over two decades of experience across academia, industry, and government, Tim is renowned for translating scientific research into impactful technologies and services. He currently serves as CEO of ARCS Australia and Adjunct Professor at Swinburne University of Technology, while also contributing as faculty at Singularity University.
Previously, Tim was Director of Innovation & Commercialisation at ANSTO, where he founded and led the nandin Innovation Centre—Australia’s largest community of science-based startups. He has also held senior roles at UNSW, Thomson Reuters, Johnson & Johnson, and University College London, and served as Chair of the global Alliance of Technology Transfer Professionals (ATTP).

Ashleigh Daines is a CEO, community advocate, and sector leader dedicated to empowering families and fostering safe, resilient communities. With over two decades of experience across frontline service delivery and executive leadership, she brings a unique blend of compassion, innovation, and strategic insight to her work. Since 2019, Ashleigh has served as CEO of The Family Co., a leading not-for-profit organisation supporting women, children, and families across Southern Sydney.
Ashleigh’s career spans diverse areas including child and family services, youth and adolescent programs, aged care, homelessness, and domestic violence support. She is also a Board Member of NSW Family Services (Fams), the peak body for NGOs working with vulnerable families in New South Wales.
In 2021, Ashleigh was named a Westfield Local Hero, recognising her leadership in expanding trauma-informed services and rapidly adapting to community needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Honours) and an Executive MBA from the University of Wollongong.

Terry Likidis

Terry brings a wealth of business experience from working for small, medium, and large businesses for over 20+ years as a Senior Finance Professional. He has helped businesses to increase profits and meet business objectives. He has learned that, in order to be successful, businesses must know where the health of their business financials stands.
As a results-focused CPA and Bachelor of Business (Accounting) – qualified Finance Professional and a Toastmaster for over 14 years, Terry decided to use his skills and experience and challenge himself by working outside his area of expertise. Terry has been the Business Development Manager for PT Doors, a Garage Door specialist based in Menai, for over three years.
PT Doors, a Google 5 Star Rated, Family-owned business, based in the Shire for over 16 years has won many Awards including the Sutherland Shire Business Awards –“Exceptional Trade and Service”, and has been and currently is a Finalist in the Australian Small Business Champion Awards. Specialising in business communications and bids, Mint has been instrumental in winning over AU$45 billion worth of city-shaping public–private partnership tenders for clients such as Lendlease, Serco, John Holland and Macquarie Capital in the past five years.
Drawing on her gift for strategic thinking, creativity and communication, Jeanne works with CEOs and directors and facilitates stakeholder workshops to distil brand identities, provide clarity of direction, and develop winning strategies for global businesses, consortia and tenders.
Before Mint, Jeanne was Group Marketing Manager for Woods Bagot, where she repositioned the firm as a global thought and design leader in architecture, oversaw marketing and personnel across 12 global offices, and developed a comprehensive internal intranet – a groundbreaking approach within the industry at the time.
Jeanne’s background has imparted her with passion and expertise in social and transport infrastructure, sports and recreation, dynamic not-for-profit organisations, education, and diversity in leadership – areas where she seeks to leverage her marketing and branding acumen to make a difference.
